Know What You’re Buying
Before You Buy It.
Plain-English answers about websites, search optimization, monthly care, and AI intake systems—what each service does, what each package includes, and which costs may be separate.
Working With Ntx
How the company works, what clients own, and how one-time projects differ from optional or required recurring services.
What does Ntx Automation Co. do?
Ntx Automation Co. helps local businesses build and improve the digital systems customers interact with. Services include website strategy, UI and UX design, website development, content support, Local SEO, website management, professional photo and video coordination, lead capture, AI assisted customer intake, integrations, and business automation.
Are website builds one-time purchases?
Yes. The Starter, Business, and Custom website builds are one-time projects. A monthly website plan is not required. Website Care, Local SEO, or Complete Care can be added if the client wants ongoing management or optimization.
Who owns the website and domain?
The client owns the completed website after the agreed project balance is paid. The domain should stay in the client’s own account and is paid directly by the client. If the client selects Website Care, Ntx can manage the website’s hosting and technical operation without taking ownership of the domain.
Can I choose a website and a monthly plan together?
Yes. The quote form has one selection for the main project and a second selection for an optional monthly website plan. For example, a client can choose a Business Website and add Website Care or Local SEO on the same request.
What costs might be billed separately?
Costs outside the listed scope can include domain registration, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions, professional photography or video, added pages, custom functionality, Twilio phone-number and carrier fees, A2P registration, higher SMS volume, extra locations or phone numbers, and specialized integrations. Ntx confirms those costs before the related work begins.
Website Packages
What the $450, $650, and custom website options are designed to cover.
What comes with the $450 Starter Website?
The Starter is a focused professional website for a small business that needs a straightforward online presence. It includes mobile-friendly design, business and service information, contact and social links, and the SEO Foundation described below. It does not include the sitemap and indexing work included with Business.
What does the $650 Business Website add?
Business includes everything in Starter and expands the site to up to five standard pages. It can include a dedicated About page, services or menu content, gallery, contact page, maps, review display, and booking or ordering links. It also adds XML sitemap creation, Search Console setup when access is provided, sitemap submission, and initial indexing requests.
When would I need a Custom Website?
Custom starts at $900 and is for work beyond a standard business site, such as additional pages, specialized forms, advanced booking or ordering connections, custom integrations, or application-style features. The final scope and price are confirmed before the build starts.
Does Ntx guarantee that a website will bring leads or sales?
No. Ntx can build a professional, usable, technically sound website and implement the agreed search foundations, but customer demand, competition, advertising, search-engine decisions, and the client’s business operations are outside Ntx’s control.
SEO & Monthly Plans
The difference between the SEO work included during a website build and the ongoing work sold as Local SEO.
What is SEO?
SEO means search engine optimization. It is the work that helps search engines understand what a business does, where it serves customers, and which searches its pages may answer. Good SEO improves the site’s foundation and relevance over time; it does not guarantee a particular ranking.
What SEO comes with the $450 Starter Website?
The Starter includes an SEO Foundation:
- Primary service and location keyword topics
- A clear page title and search description
- Organized headings and page content
- Image descriptions where appropriate
- Mobile, speed, and accessibility foundations
This helps search engines understand the page. It does not include sitemap submission, Search Console setup, or month-to-month optimization.
What additional SEO comes with the $650 Business Website?
Business includes the full Starter SEO Foundation plus an XML sitemap, Google Search Console setup when the client provides access, sitemap submission, and initial indexing requests for the main pages. An indexing request tells Google a page exists; Google still decides when and whether to index or rank it.
What does the $149/month Local SEO plan do?
Local SEO is ongoing work after the initial website setup. It includes reviewing local keyword intent, monitoring Search Console and indexing, improving page titles, headings and content, correcting technical SEO issues, providing Google Business Profile guidance or optimization when access is available, and sending a monthly performance summary. The focus is useful local-search work—not filler blog posts created just to make the plan look active.
What is included in Website Care at $49/month?
Website Care covers hosting, uptime and basic performance monitoring, backups, SSL, security and maintenance, plus minor text, photo, hours, or service updates. It includes basic checks to keep the site available and indexable, but it does not include ongoing keyword, content, or ranking work.
What is Complete Care at $179/month?
Complete Care combines everything in the $49/month Website Care plan and the $149/month Local SEO plan. It is for clients who want Ntx to manage the technical side of the website and keep working on its local search visibility.
Can Ntx guarantee a first-page or number-one ranking?
No. Search engines decide how pages are indexed and ranked, and results depend on competition, location, demand, the age and reputation of the business, and many other factors. Ntx reports the work performed and available performance data without promising a specific position.
AI Intake & Integrations
What the automated customer-response system does and why more complex connections cost more.
What is an AI Intake Assistant?
It is an automated customer-response system configured around an approved business workflow. It can respond after a missed call, ask relevant questions, collect lead details, and move the customer toward a booking link or owner follow-up. It does not replace the business owner’s judgment, perform emergency response, or guarantee that a lead will become a customer.
What comes with Standard AI Intake?
Standard is designed for one business, one location, one phone number, and one primary intake workflow. Setup starts at $750 and the required service is $149/month. It includes a dedicated local SMS number, missed-call text-back, approved intake questions, lead qualification, booking-link delivery or owner handoff, hosting, monitoring, support, and up to 500 SMS segments per month.
What is an intake workflow?
A workflow is the path the assistant follows: which questions it asks, how it handles common answers, what information it collects, and what should happen next. For example, a service business might collect the customer’s location, requested service, urgency, and preferred appointment time before sending the information to the owner.
What does an integration mean?
An integration connects the assistant to another supported system. Depending on the platform, that may mean creating a calendar event, starting a booking flow, adding a lead to a CRM, sending structured lead data through a webhook, or updating a lead-management system. Integrated AI starts at $1,000 setup and $199/month and includes one supported connection.
What makes an integration custom?
A custom integration may need special API or webhook code, connect several platforms, transform unusual data, or follow business-specific routing and approval rules. The price depends on the third-party platform’s capabilities, documentation, access requirements, and the amount of testing and monitoring required.
What does Custom or Multi-Location mean?
This tier is for businesses with multiple locations, phone numbers, brands, departments, or intake workflows. It may also include advanced routing, dashboards, reporting, CRM synchronization, higher message volume, or specialized integrations. Setup starts at $1,500 and monthly service starts at $249; the final price depends on the approved scope.
Why is monthly service required for AI plans?
The system needs active hosting, monitoring, maintenance, phone and messaging infrastructure, and technical support to keep operating. If monthly service is canceled, the hosted automation is deactivated at the end of the paid billing period.
Are phone, carrier, or third-party fees included?
Not always. Twilio phone-number charges, carrier fees, A2P registration, third-party subscriptions, higher SMS volume, additional phone numbers, and specialized integrations may be billed separately. Standard includes up to 500 SMS segments per month; longer messages can use more than one segment.
Still Not Sure Which Option Fits?
Send one quote request and select both a main project and an optional monthly website plan. Ntx will confirm the scope and costs before work begins.
