Overview

NTX Automation Co sends conversational SMS messages in two contexts: (1) as part of our AI Intake Demo program, where prospective customers voluntarily initiate an interactive demonstration, and (2) in the course of providing services to business clients who have provided consent through an applicable opt-in method. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or bulk promotional texts.

Consent is always collected before any message is sent. Visiting this website does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

NTX AI Intake Demo

NTX Automation Co operates an interactive SMS demonstration program — the NTX AI Intake Demo — that allows prospective business customers to experience our AI-powered intake assistant firsthand.

Participation in the NTX AI Intake Demo is entirely voluntary. The user always initiates the conversation. No messages are sent until a prospective customer texts the opt-in keyword.

Once opted in, participants will receive an interactive conversational experience that demonstrates how the NTX intake assistant handles a new lead. Messages in the demo may include:

• An opt-in confirmation message
• Interactive conversational responses simulating a real intake scenario
• Simulated lead-intake questions (such as name, type of service, or relevant details about the simulated request)
• Demonstration of how the system qualifies and follows up with a lead
• Explanations of how the captured information would be used in a real business implementation

Consent to the NTX AI Intake Demo applies specifically to NTX Automation Co and this program. It is not transferred to any NTX Automation Co client business. Participating in this demo does not give any other business permission to contact you via SMS.

Service-Related SMS Communications

In the course of providing services to local businesses, NTX Automation Co may also send conversational SMS messages where the individual has provided consent through an applicable opt-in method prior to receiving any messages.

For these communications, consent is established at the point of contact when the individual initiates a conversation with NTX Automation Co. We do not claim that submitting a generic web form constitutes SMS consent unless that form contains a clear, explicit, and optional SMS opt-in disclosure.

Messages may include:

• Responses to missed calls or direct inquiries
• Requests for information about your service needs
• Appointment confirmations or follow-up messages
• Responses to questions about our services

Opting Out

You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from NTX Automation Co. Upon receiving a STOP reply, we will send one final confirmation message and you will not receive any further messages under that program unless you voluntarily opt in again.

Opting out does not affect any existing or future service arrangements with NTX Automation Co.

Your Data and Privacy

Your phone number and any information collected through SMS conversations is used only to deliver the service or demonstration you requested.

NTX Automation Co uses third-party infrastructure providers — such as SMS delivery platforms — to operate its systems. These providers may process your data only as necessary to deliver messages on our behalf. They are not authorized to use your data for their own marketing, and they are contractually required to protect your information.
